Okay, Today i got a new laptop and needed to transfer my existing Outlook data to the net computer.
so here’s how you do it in 4 simple steps
- Control Panel -> Mail -> under the ‘Data Files‘ tab double click on ‘Personal Folders‘ and Open Folder
- Copy the ‘Outlook‘ and ‘Archive‘ documents
- follow step 1 on the NEW computer
- and paste the copied documents in the folder
