Setting up Administration Via Telephone

to allow users to manage/record custom prompts, you will need to subscribe them to the group. Heres how:

  • Configure > Groups
  • Choose the Administrators group and click on the Owners/Members tab
  • chose Subscribe Member and check the boxes for user
  • Click Apply
  • Enter Administrative TUI by dialing XXX (TUI Number)
  • enter the subscribed extension number and pin
  • press 2 to administer prompts
  • and 1 to create a new prompt
