RTMT closes when accessing Trace & Log Central

Recently i was experiencing problems with the Real Time Monitoring tool. as soon as i access the Trace & Log Central the RTMT Tool shuts down.

The Facts
CUCM Version 7.1.3
RTMT Version 8.1
OS Windows 7

I had a look at the Logs and seen the following:

…so i thought maybe The OS or my Java Version may be the problem, i decided to update my Java but no luck…. The Cisco Website has the Cisco Unified Communications Support for Microsoft Windows 7 Page on which it states that the Version 8.5(1),  of the Cisco Unified JTAPI Client is supported by Windows7. the FCS (First Customer Shipment) Q4CY10 (Quater 4, 2010)

so basically Windows 7 is not a supported platform for RTMT v8.1 and i will need to wait a few months before 8.5(1) is out
